Creation Watches denies any responsibility so is DHL. I've been left with no item and no refund by Creation Watches. Don't make same mistake, pay few pounds extra and go use local retailer, which will offer you more protection. I compared their prices with some Hamilton and Tissot watches I got from Jomashop (which were all legit models) and Creation was either priced similarly or a tad higher, so they seem legit on the surface, but I would comparison . Yea, it’s legit. However, you’re rolling the dice for the inexpensive prices. If you get a lemon, they’ll happy accept returns and/or replace it but you have to pay for shipping it back to them. If you’re anywhere besides Asia, shipping could be 1/3 to 1/2 the price of the watch.
