Top notes are Lemon, Ginger and Pepper; middle notes are Mint, Geranium, Juniper Berries and Lavender; base notes are Cedar and Olibanum. Scent: Woody and synthetic ambroxan mixed with a ‘creamy lemonade’ DNA, light and fresh. Performance: 6 hours with moderate projection. Occasions: Day time warm weather signature for all ages. Y Eau de Parfum by Yves Saint Laurent is a standout fragrance that offers a balanced and elegant scent profile. Its combination of fresh top notes, aromatic heart, and warm base makes it a versatile and sophisticated choice. The drydown smells similar to Versace Man Eau Fraiche. That's where all the freshness is. I'm not sure what YSL was trying to do putting such a strong and loud note on top of a fresh drydown. If they're looking to have this as a go-to work scent in the summer, it's genius.
